# COMMISSION TERMS OF SERVICE> GENERAL* By commissioning me, you agree to these Terms of Service.
* Please provide clear and accurate references and descriptions for your commission.
* I reserve the right to decline a commission> PAYMENT* Payment must be made upfront before I begin working on the commission.
* I will only start once the payment has been received.
* Prices may vary depending on the complexity of the commission.> PROCESS & DEADLINE* Commission completion can take up to 3 weeks from the date I receive payment and all necessary references/information.
* Please keep this timeframe in mind when ordering.
* I will do my best to complete your commission as soon as possible, but some commissions may take the full 3 weeks.
* If I expect a significant delay beyond the stated timeframe, I will let you know.> COMMERCIAL USE* Personal commissions are for personal use only unless commercial rights have been discussed and purchased separately.
* You may not use my artwork for commercial purposes, NFTs, merchandise, advertising, or AI training without my explicit permission.> COPYRIGHT* I retain the copyright to the artwork unless otherwise agreed upon.
* You may not claim the artwork as your own or resell it as an artwork/design.
* I may post the completed commission on my social media and portfolio unless you request that it remain private.> REFUNDS
